our mission

The mission of The Lyndon Foundation is to promote, expand, and support Christian counseling and coaching that integrates biblical truth, with the goal to care for people’s souls by helping them achieve mental, emotional and spiritual health within the context of Christian principles in the Kansas City Metro area.

there is a void…

There is a growing void between the number of people in need of solid, Biblically-based Christian counseling and the number of counselors who can meet this need. This unprecedented, growing level of need only makes the void wider and deeper.

Most of these people in need have no idea how, where, or when they will be able to find the help they need due to their circumstances.

This is where The Lynden Foundation comes in. We stand in the gap, connecting those who need it most with Biblically-based Christian counselors and resources to help them find true peace and freedom in life.

The Need i see

“In my time as a counseling client, money was tight. Being able to have a reduced rate eased my mind and allowed me to put in the work toward healing. Now as a coach, I see the need of people feeling stuck, seeking guidance, and needing a reduced rate. Christian counselors and coaches are passionate about seeing people make progress, but also need to put food on the table and support themselves and their families. It breaks our hearts to turn people away due to lack of resources. The Lyndon Foundation fills that gap so that people can receive the help they need while allowing the professionals to survive.”
